In-House - Roles in this sector involve working purely on internal vacancies for your company. At all levels from candidate resourcer to Head of Internal Recruitment you will be responsible for headhunting, sourcing candidates, liaising with recruitment agencies to ensure you attract the best talent to your business. In addition you will be creating and running internal recruitment programmes, assessment days, managing interview processes and managing the expectations of the hiring managers in your company.
RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing is an up and coming professional service and is fast becoming the ‘modern way' of doing recruitment. Working on a retained basis for their clients RPO organisations are responsible for managing their clients entire recruitment process. Having Master Vendor status to some of the world's largest and most prestigious clients working for an RPO organisation offers a diverse, challenging and interesting environment in which to work. Roles in this area involve not only close interaction with clients and candidates but also when needs be external agencies.
Onsite - An onsite recruitment role essentially combines elements of both In-House and RPO recruitment. You will be working for, and paid by, an RPO however will be based ‘onsite' at your clients offices performing the role of an In-House recruiter. As an onsite recruiter you will be responsible for managing all of your clients recruitment needs from candidate sourcing and headhunting through to arranging assessment days and interviews.
