We work closely with our clients to design bespoke assessment days tailored to their requirements. By working with Holland & Tisdall not only will you be able to reduce the time to hire via a more efficient recruitment process, you will also be able to improve the depth and consistency of your recruitment process, meet more candidates and compare them simultaneously. In addition the feedback from all our candidates (successful or not) from our assessment days is always very positive, hence promoting your reputation in the market as a serious employer.
We will meet with you before hand to help design a half or full assessment centre, provide all of the resources needed for that day and commit one of our consultants to run the centre at your office, all for the same contingent fee as before.

A Competency Framework Approach
All of our centres use a competency framework as the basis for assessing candidates. Working with you we will establish well-defined, clear and relevant criteria to assess your candidates individually and against and each other. This is particularly useful to compare candidates on the day and across different assessment days over time, ensuring a consistent benchmark for candidates and a structured framework for detailed feedback.
What we will provide
- The Candidates! - Pre-vetted, by telephone and face-to-face
- All the materials for the day. Information cards for candidates, teaching cards for the assessors, scorecards for the assessors
- A Holland & Tisdall Consultant to run the event
What we need from you
- A private area to host the event
- A decision maker to assess the candidates
- A week's notice to allow us time to source a strong shortlist of candidates
